Keep frozen below -18°C. If defrosted, do not refreeze.
Microwave from frozen (based on 800W). Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place in the microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Gently shake the tray for 10 seconds. Place back in the microwave on full power for 8 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. All appliances vary, timings are a guide only. Not suitable for oven cooking.
