Where do you not deliver?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland at this time.
Is there a charge for delivery?
There is a £5.99 shipping charge for orders up to £64.99. FREE delivery on orders over £65. Basket subtotal (after discount).
Can I pick my delivery date?
Yes, there is the option to choose your preferred delivery date when you check out.
How are the packs packaged?
The meat packs are packaged and boxed in a thermal liner with an icepack. They are then dispatched to ensure your pack arrives in tip-top condition.
How are the packs delivered?
Our products are delivered to your door frozen, so our delivery drivers can only make one delivery attempt.
Can the meat packs be returned?
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns.
