Keep frozen below -18oC and use within best before date. Before consuming, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on same day.

Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted. Preheat Oven. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven for 18/20 minutes at 200oC/ Fan 180oC / Gas Mark 6.
For conventional oven adjust temperature accordingly.
