From Frozen Keep frozen at or below -18 C and consume within best before date. To consume, defrost in refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
From Chilled keep refrigerated at or below 8 o C and consume within use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month.
Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted.
Oven: 200 C/ Fan 180 C/ Gas 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
